Had an amazing experience at One Prawn & Co, the staffs there are well informed about each of their dishes espically Fish who thoroughly explained every dish. My top dishes of the night were the Jumbo Tiger Prawns, 16 Days Dry-aged Kijgfish Loin and Prawn Toast.

The tiger prawns were paired with a well balanced sauce that does not overpower its rich flavour which made it enjoyable. Appreciated how the dry-aged kingfish was prepared with and without the sauce giving me the option to try it both ways (i enjoyed both haha). Definitely recommend these 2 items. Also had the 吊花姐 mocktail that was sweet but doesn't overpower any dishes

Overall good vibes, great food and friendly staff

Stepping into the restaurant, the place immediately gave off a very atas yet cosy vibe — modern interior but still felt intimate and relaxed, like a place where you can enjoy good food without feeling too stiff or formal. Really love the ambience!

We had the 8-course meal and wah, every dish was beautifully plated and thoughtfully explained. A big shoutout to our server Fish — such a friendly, lovely person who really made our experience extra special. From walking us through each dish during the intro, to changing our plates between courses so the flavours don’t clash, to simply being so passionate about the food — it really showed in the service. Felt very well taken care of.

Best part? We were seated right in front of the prep station, so we got a front-row view of how every dish was plated. Each dish was like a little work of art, so beautifully plated. It was also amazing to see the chefs in action and the effort that went into each course. The chefs also took the time to name and explain each dish as they served, which made the experience even more personal.

Food-wise, the oysters were so fresh, and the 16 Days Dry Aged Kingfish Loin with Green Goddess was a winner — both the salted and sauced versions were spot on. Each bite was clean, fresh, and packed with flavour. But the real MVP? The Jumbo Tiger Prawns. So big, so fresh, so juicy — would definitely come back just for these three dishes again!

Thank you One Prawn & Co team for such a memorable dinner — good food, good vibes, great people.

Warm service, vibrant atmosphere and good food, especially the prawns!

The assam pedas hummus was really delicious and wasn’t too spicy. Prawns were really fresh as well! Stand out dish of the night for me. Would definitely recommend this spot to all my family and friends. Staff were super friendly as well

Great experience and food from chef Gwyneth and her team! The star of the show was definitely the prawns (duh) but also the dry aged yellowtail blew my mind. In between sashimi and cooked, I've never had fish like that in my life.

Plus the music playlist slaps

Had the opportunity to dine at One Prawn and Co recently and it was a great experience! I liked that it was an open kitchen concept and allowed the diners to get up close and personal with the kitchen preparation and cooking process. We started with the sour dough bread with seaweed butter and honey, which was buttery, creamy and yet with a subtle and distinct seaweed taste and flavor. We also had the monkfish skewer which we shared. It was my first time having monkfish and I liked the grilled flavors of the skewer. We then ordered an Octopus assam pedas hummus to share and this was the first time I saw assam pedas presented this way! I liked how it was spicy yet done in the way of hummus, which complemented the grilled octopus well. For our mains, we ordered the grilled swordfish and the ribeye steak. Both didn’t disappoint! Great experience at one prawn and co! Would recommend this for date nights and chill outs with friends and family!!
