We got our fill of carbs from the 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗻 & 𝗛𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻. The gigantic prawns were fresh and crunchy, while the bee hoon and hor fun soaked up the gravy excellently.
We loved the meaty and juicy crab from the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯, though the sauce’s sweetness could’ve been toned down a little.
Our favourite dish was the 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗯𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵. Served in a claypot, the fish boasted crispy skin and firm, flakey flesh. Combined with the fragrant gravy and creamy brinjal, it was a match made in heaven.
