But this thing is pure wok hei. Skill of this level is hard to find in Singapore. Texture of the cabbage and the mild fish sauce was good too

This was delicious. Texture of the brain was good, there's hardly any foul smell, and the spice powder really added to the aroma. Soft tofu at the bottom was well done too
Worth a try, but get this to share, it's pure cholesterol
The tofu is lousy, it's the hard kind without any flavour inside. The sauce was too spicy, flavour was ok
The ckn is pretty avg, but the sauce (it's like dandan noodles, strong sesame paste) was pretty decent
Opted for limbo fish; meat is fresh & not fishy; broth is flavorful, not spicy or overly sour; not the best but good enough to satisfy craving..
Taste nothing special; taste quite salty..
