Tofu is soft with distinct egg taste, though not silky smooth; topped with chicken floss, mayo & cucumber; ingredients complement each other well & surprisingly light on tastebud..

Eggplant coated with batter & deep fry to crispy; batter tad thick, not greasy; with honey soy & roasted peanuts..

Dumpling skin is thin & slightly chewy, pan-fried to slightly crisp; filled with cabbage, ginger, mushroom & tofu; came with vinegar & ginger dipping sauce at side; simple & light dish..

Lion mane mushroom is surprisingly soft & infused with curry taste with tinge of wok-hei; tossed with sweet peas, carrots, baby corn, broccoli & onions; average looking dish but robust with flavors; worth a try & best for sharing..

Vegetarian version 口水鸡; King oyster mushroom strips are soft with slight crunchy bite, served chill; soaked with housemade sichuan sauce, chilli, garlic & coriander; well-balanced taste, addictive & not spicy; good for sharing..

Oven roasted portobello mushroom is soft, chewy & juicy, drizzled with housemade chimichurri sauce; vine ripen tomato is soft & juicy, served warm; came with oven roasted sweet potatoes, fresh & crunchy mesclun greens salad, especially love the texture of ice plant; came with ginger sesame soy dressing served at the side, which complement the dish well; well-executed dish worth a try..

Pickled radish slices in special soy sauce, garlic & chilli; crunchy with strong garlic taste, not salty or spicy, served chill..

Broccolini is grilled to slightly charred outside, resulting in a smoky taste with crunchy bite; love that it came with a touch of lemon zest that balance out the slightly bitter charred taste; topped with crushed hazelnuts which added some crunch to the dish..
