Cozy and true to the spirit of the shop - ramen for the average Singaporean. Thoroughly enjoyed the ramen and gyoza, and added a taro milk with pearls (no 1-for-1)

Found surprisingly decent ramen all the way at Changi City Point! All dishes served were all quite good!

The Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen Set ($16.90) came with slurp worthy bowl of rich broth ramen with a side dish and a drink. The black garlic broth was very rich with umami and savoury pork broth flavours and the noodles were rather al dente, just slightly too soft for my liking. The Cha Shu was alright, could be softer!

For side dishes, there were a few choices and we got the kaarage and gyoza. The Kaarage pieces were quite meaty, with a crispy exterior and rather juicy interior! The gyoza pieces were not bad as well, just that the meat filling had quite abit of ginger such that you can taste it quite strongly!

Price point is really attractive - we got two ramens for $11 ish 🍜🍜
Could be cheaper than food court prices.

But taste wise, the soup is really plain. But the noodle and egg is not bad. Definitely getting what you pay for so would come just to fill myself up.

I decided to order Signature Don ($14.90) but I felt that it was quite disappointed for Don. As they got a lot of batter inside each fried items, it was slightly oily for me but crunchy batter. Signature Don come with two prawns, fish, mushroom, baby corn, carrots, pumpkin and seaweed. I don't really like fried carrots as its meh for me as I enjoy pumpkin most of time.

The broth is just yummilicious!

One of my favourite ramen choice here! Noodles are al dente, soup is flavourful (you can ask for less salty), with cabbage and bean sprouts (You can ask for no bean sprout). This also comes with a bowl of Japanese white rice for you to eat with the balance soup. Portion is really filling.

Oishii! Ramen was savoury and tasty. Portion size very generous and service was great too.
