Uni Butter Dry Ramen (S$9.50++)

Pretty quiet during a Monday lunch period. Always love their ever-changing seasonal promotional items, and this time round it was crab season. Had the Snow Crab Meat w/ Crab Miso Gunkan ($2.50), Sow Crab Leg Handroll ($7.80), and Snow Crab w/ Vegetables Hotpot ($19.80). The sushi were pretty delicious with the star being the sweet crab meat. Definitely a must get. But it was pretty disappointing that the hotpot didn't come with any rice or noodles, and the soup can get pretty surfeiting after a few mouthfuls. Other items we got were the Roasted Salmon w/ Tenkasu Roll ($13, can never go wrong with this) the Sakura Don ($11, quite substantial portion at this price), and the Miso Beef Tendon Stew w/ Rice ($8.80, only get this if you like beef tendon).

I really liked the soft shell crab!! But this was too dry overall because of the floss.

i previously tried the Double Unagi Roll and realised I love mango in my sushi so I had it with tempura prawn this time! Just don’t know why i didn’t get the full roll...

wtf this is SO GOOD???? EVERYT melted in my mouth. i didn’t dip the sushi in soy sauce because everything was so perfect on their own. the rice though...stole the show. there were half broiled tuna belly, unagi, bluefin tuna, yellow-tail, scallop, swordfish, salmon belly & squid!

Earliest bunch of people at the restaurant today! Cos other food places still not open yet. Had a hearty meal with friends though we wanted to go cycling but didn’t in the end due to unwelcoming rainy weather!

The mango surprisingly quite match with the prawn sushi, it doesn't cover the prawn taste and it is refreshing.

Another sushi that can't put whole thing into your mouth at once. Satisfied with the generous portion and flavourful ingredients altogether.

I love many kinds of their sushi, all can't put into your mouth at once. The portion is generous and very delicious and fresh.

Assorted sashimi sushi which totally exceeded my expectations. Everything just went so well together. Highly recommended!
