You Cai (L)(RM 12) was crunchy and delicious, drizzled nicely with their special sauce.
Dry Bak Kut Teh (1.5-man portion)(RM 30) was a bit of a letdown. It was spicy, not as saucey and not dark enough. Meat texture were pretty norm but leaning toward the tough side. Can be more flavourful a bit.
Wet Bak Kut Teh (1.5-man portion)(RM 30) definitely made up for it! The meat was soft and meatier, but the porky stench was kinda strong. Button mushrooms, tau kee, tau pok, vege and garlic can be found in the herbal broth too.
I also ordered the Dough Fritter (RM 2) to dip into the soup, and it was a perfect match. Just get this.
Can never finish exploring the Bak Kut Teh here in Klang. Its like never ending.🤣 Every few street, sure got a Bak Kut Teh place. Try another one today.

For those looking for a more unique traditional breakfast, the Pulau Ketam Nasi Lemak is the perfect choice. The fragrant coconut rice is served with various toppings, but the highlight is the super spicy chilli flakes, which are seriously addictive. Definitely not for the faint-hearted.
Aromatic and soothing
Roti Goyang (RM 7) is a must-try dish. The fluffy bread is so light and crispy, with a delicious savoury taste spread from the margarine and a creamy kampung egg on top that wobbles when you shake it (and "Goyang" means "shake" in Malay).
Breakfast at Chong Kok Kopitiam is a local experience not to be missed! This charming Kopitiam has a rich history, and the Roti Goyang (RM 7) is a must-try dish. The fluffy bread is so light and crispy, with a delicious savoury taste spread from the margarine and a creamy kampung egg on top that wobbles when you shake it (and "Goyang" means "shake" in Malay). To complete the meal, had a cup of aromatic Teh to wash it all down.

The Lemon Meringue Tart (RM 14) here was a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The sugary whip on top had a light char, and the sticky citrusy filling was complemented by a soft crumbly tart base. When eaten together, the sourness and sweetness neutralise each other out perfectly. Overall, the execution was spot on.
Wanted an interesting drink, so I tried the Chamomile Dream (RM 14). Instead of the usual chamomile, it was substituted with Guk Faa which mean chrysanthemum. Took me a moment to figure out what she was saying in Cantonese 😂. The acquired quince taste mixed with chrysanthemum was a delightful surprise.
Hop, hop, hop and landed myself in another cafe.

And the Almond Tiramisu (RM 14.50) 🍰 was a delight, with its sponge cake that was sweet and creamy, with moderate coffee note and then topped with bits of almonds and sugar for that extra crunch.
