Went for their Taco Tuesday again where each taco is $3 nett. Not sure is it because nvr add salsa, but the skin is more dryer than I remember.

It took me a few years but here I am. I love grilled cheese and just had to try this. Although they used sourdough, I quite enjoyed it. The cheeses included Monterey Jack, provolone and sharp cheddar.

Haven’t found churros in Singapore that make me happy. That is, until I tried these ones at Muchachos! $10.50 is a very reasonable price to pay for 6 sticks of churros, though I’d have appreciated more dark chocolate dip. The tiny plastic container also isn’t the most dipping friendly but if you and your pals don’t mind double dipping, it works. Will be back for them soon!
Taco Tuesdays are when one taco will only set you back by $3. While I love the burritos here, I was feeling too full to get one and decided to make use of this offer! Got the steak, lamb and lengua taco, all pictured here. Meat was deliciously cooked and the portions were generous — I especially enjoyed the lamb. I still prefer the burritos (and the birria taco!) but this deal is too good to miss.
Absolutely love the food! Very yummy and portion was generous. We ordered fried tofu nachos and pork quesadilla $14 each. Would come back again!
Words (and this photo) cannot describe how much I enjoyed the food at Muchachos. It certainly raised the bar for Mexican cuisine (in SG). The quesadilla is super crispy with a generous amount of stuffing and the right amount of quesa (cheese). It’s super busy during office lunch hours so do come early to chope a seat and avoid the long queue. 🌮
This is not the most aestherically pleasing photo, but I dream about this almost everyday.. Imagine crunchy, soft, cheesy, all in one, and then a burst of flavour in your mouth once u dip your birria quesatacos in the consomme. The birria quesatacos were amazing in its own right, but dipping it in the consomme makes it a whole new world — juicy with a whole new level of flavour. This was a whole lot of spice-y, smoky, and savoury tingling on your tongue. I could not get enough of this.

It’s all but healthy, but the greasiness in this Breakfast Burrito (S$13.50) was what we might commonly find in our breakfast platters: hash browns, eggs and bacon, just to name a few. For those who just woke up with a splitting headache from all the booze the night before, this burrito might just work to get rid of that hangover effect.
