This was one of the signature items recommended. They serve drumstick and fillet meat. The duck was tender and the skin was crispy. I can taste a tinge of the camphor tea. I was disappointed with the wrap. When i put the wrap the meat, I can only taste like flour. The wrap was abit too thick.

The filling in the siew mai was chicken. The prawn wasnt very big so you cant get the crunch. The siewmai was abit soft.

The pork roll was cold so I didn really like it. The baby abalone was ok and wasn't spicy. The lobster medallion was amazing. It was spicy and coated with salted egg so quite sinful. That ball was packed with lobster meat.

The dimsum was abit bland. I can't taste the scallops inside but I do taste the dried scallops on top. I am abit disappointed since it was one of the recommended items on the menu.
