Very nicely done, also the crab bee hoon (which we dug into already before remembering to take a photo) is recommended too. 2 medium crabs is good for ~6 to share.

Mellben Signatures “Pi Feng Tang” Crab! The crab is fried with lots of chillies, garlic and scallions, making it immensely mouthwatering and extremely addictive.

Their signature dish here. A must order. The stock broth is so goood. Crab meat is fresh and sweet. Best eaten when it’s still hot. Didn’t expect them to have queue on a weekday so good to make a reservation before coming.

My friend from overseas came to Singapore and we brought him to Mellben as he was wanted some authentic Singapore crabs! We got the signature chilli crab and the salted egg yolk crabs! Really delicious with large meaty crabs!! The hotplate tofu was very appetizing as well! Yummm! Our total bill was around $100 which was pretty reasonable! The only downside was that it can get pretty warm on a hot day! However, my friend went back very happy!
