After seeing (and hearing) mixed reviews on this new chocolate ice cream from @mcdsg , I decided to jump into the bandwagon and check it out to see if its a stamp of approval or not for my tooth 🤓. Always a fan of the hot fudge sauce for their sundaes hence its double the dose of chocolate for me here ✌🏻! Came without any expectations and personally I wasn’t impressed or underwhelmed, just felt that it would suffice as a convenient treat when you are craving something cold and sweet after a meal. Flavour wise, I personally felt it resembled that of a HL chocolate milk but in a frozen semi-solid form, with a sweetness level that’s acceptable for my tooth. Though I’ve heard that it was a tad sweet for many though, given the portion (that isn’t a lot in the first place), I felt it was still manageable and any more than this, I might have given up too. Imo the addition of the hot fudge sauce helps to enhance the flavour profile- that’s if you are a chocoholic as the luscious, chocolatey flavour was more prominent in here than the ice cream itself😅 .
