Food for thought
I have been wanting to check this place out after reading the reviews and it definitely did not disappoint!
Freshly fried chicken that was fried to a crisp. The batter was so good. The rice was full of flavour and the sambal chilli added that extra touch to the dish.
As simple and basic as it looks, I was overly satisfied with every bite!
Will definitely be back!
My new favourite - Iga Penyet Jakarta $15.90
These fried marinated beef ribs were cooked to perfection. The softest ribs I have ever tasted!
Maggi goreng mutton $6.50
Two days here in a row! Thats how good the food is!
Can't even begin to describe the taste of this... it was wet and spicy (as requested again), and the soft chunks of mutton perfectly complete this dish. Definitely one of the best place for maggi goreng!
Tell me, what could go wrong with this plate of goodness?
The rice was fluffy and spicy (as requested!) and the chicken was fried to perfection, topped with a runny sunny side up, I was in heaven!
The "Angus Royale" - $20.90
Melted cheddar cheese in a brioche bun with caramelized onions, garlic aioli and topped with a fried egg.
The old saying goes that a picture's worth a thousand words. Well, I'll let this picture do the talking!
Nestled in the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, this place offers the best Spize dishes with a slightly modern twist.
As basic as this dish seemed, every bite was heavenly! The noodles was cooked to perfection and the onsen egg just seal the deal. Not forgetting those tender ribeye fillets...
Crispy fried chicken with Indonesian authentic sambal, served with fried noodle "Indomie".
Made freshly based on the spice level of your choice from level 1 to 15.
I chose level 4 for my first time, and to be honest, it wasn't spicy at all! Would definitely go for a higher level the next time around.
The chicken was crispy and tender! And the noodles was the basic Indomie, just less salty though.
Would definitely be back to try the other dishes and spice level!
Brioche French Toast - $20.90
Had to give this one a try as it was a favourite on the menu, and it definitely did not disappoint!
Housemade brioche drenched in cage-free eggs & pan-fried in butter, mascarpone, nut praline, caramelised bananas with warm butterscotch sauce.
Loved every bite of it!
A halal italian restaurant with pretty interior situated at Waterloo Street.
Had the roasted chicken leg with balsamic glaze, potato gratin and rosemary jus at $28. The chicken was cooked to perfection, but the star of the dish was the potato gratin! It was cheesy, luxurious and thoroughly indulgent...
Aroy Mak!
Thai street food at its finest at an affordable price and generous servings.
Would highly recommend this dish on the menu if you love authentic Thai noodles! Salty, nutty and with that slightly sweet sauce, it's a treat for your tastebuds!
Been coming to this place for over 10 years.
Good ol' classic Laksa chicken and cockles!
Flavoured with coconut milk and topped with ingredients like chicken, fishcake and cockles... hearty meal at its best!
I am a sucker for cream pasta!
Spaghetti, chicken chunks, turkey bacon, sous vide egg, homemade cream sauce, parmesan cheese... thumbs up from me!
