Just like this dish, Threadfin executed well with Crispy skin, tender & moist flakey flesh. Thai Mango salad brings a tang that pairs well & makes one crave for more, topped with the brilliant touch of cashew nuts which stole the limelight away from the Threadfin.

Just like finding the right partner, after trials & errors, missteps & lust. The Errors of making hasty judgements & one comes to appreciate the subtle difference between the superficial & the essential. Pride & Prejudice basically. ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป

ACAMASEATS & GTK๐Ÿ’ฎ: The Japanese inspiration is very evident here. Starting from the rice flour battered Tempura which consists of; okra, baby carrots, oyster mushrooms & broccoli fried to a crisp. ๐Ÿค

Served on a bed of potato based risotto rice (which explains the creaminess) garnished with pickled pink ginger for that slight spiciness that one can find in many Japanese restaurants, which was the best part of the dish. ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป

Uncanny how Chef Freddy archive such wonderful creaminess in the green pea risotto without the use of dairy. Topped with tangy pickled purple baby carrot & a light drizzle of preserved lemon juice for the acidity. ๐Ÿ˜‹

If the a la carte pricing is too hefty for some to handle, come for the Lunch Set (๐Ÿ’ตS$25++) for 2 course. Add $10 for a dessert or $10 for a glass of house wine or mocktail. ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป

Best eaten using your hands for the maximum pleasure, screw those table side manners & lick those fingers stained with Hoisin sauce. "Finger Lickin' Good" doesn't even stand a chance. Whoa shioks. ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป
