If you have been to the streets of bangkok, you would have seen this fish coated with thick salt and grilled to goodness. this is the first time I have seen this dish in singapore. The fish is cooked till perfection, really fresh and with lemongrass fragrance. the salt is not excessive, just the right amount. overall 10/10!! YOU HAVE TO TRY!

Blown away by them once again as a colleague and I echoed. The savoury sauce that envelops the entire dish was simply sublime as it brought the chicken and noodles to another level. Just add $1 more to upsize if you're hungry. 😋

Also: Get the thai milk tea at $1.50 when you're there for lunch. Request for it to be less sweet (if you would like, of course) so that they will make it on the spot instead of grabbing premade ones from the fridge. 😁

Green noodles scare me. But I'm glad I didn't turn away this bowl because it was so FREAKING good!! Al dente thin noodles tossed in a sweet spicy sauce that I couldn't stop slurping up! Pork slices were excellent — tender and well-marinated. Mix in your wobbly egg for an eggy coating on your noodles 👍🏻

Be sure to ask for the sweet tangy sauce to dip your pork into, so good I wished they sold it in a jar! #Burpproved
