Its REALLY good. Crispy to the max!!

If you have been to the streets of bangkok, you would have seen this fish coated with thick salt and grilled to goodness. this is the first time I have seen this dish in singapore. The fish is cooked till perfection, really fresh and with lemongrass fragrance. the salt is not excessive, just the right amount. overall 10/10!! YOU HAVE TO TRY!

The noodles are springy and laced with garlic oil, very Q very good. The double grilled chicken is really marinated and very tasty!!

death by spam if i may, this is one party food you cant go wrong. the sprinkle of orange sugar was a nice touch to balance your usual spam saltiness. dip by the side was really welcome too as after a few on its own, you really want some wetness on your fries. to sum up, sin lee is sinful - gastronomically was my own undoing for ordering too much meat and monetary because it is an overpriced menu, imho.

why not try this fushioned dish of Singaporean. Chinese, Japanes and Indian cuisines. I leave it to you to guess what's what.
the generous portion of softshell crab on the fried man tou. you have to then mix thoroughly the soft boiled eggs and the mentaiko sauce which acts as a sauce. some playtime is surely going on here!
if I could disagree, more mentaiko is needed 😂😂
