This spaghetti spin off of pad thai comes with generous portion of tender grilled scallops. Spaghetti is coated with light basil cream sauce, topped with almond breadcrumbs for extra texture. No need to ask for less spicy, as the heat is manageable. Love the dining ambience at evening time

The charcoal waffle and golden chicken cutlet painted a contrasting view, so eye catching. Both chicken thigh and drumstick are juicy and tender. Waffle is crispy, best paired with maple syrup and french butter. Weekend is better already

Yummy roasted chicken thigh meat, tender and flavourful. The chicken skin is roasted till slight crisp. The side comes sweet potatoes and snow peas, paired with carrot ginger puree, which gives earthy flavours. I didn’t appreciate the périgueux sauce though. Diners at Sol & Luna can visit the Sky Garden at night, which is a privilege for diners only

This Supply & Demand is tucked away from the malls, with a more exclusive feeling for dining with family and friends. I love their wagyu beef yakiniku pizza, which is very flavourful! The yakiniku sauce didn’t snatch away the taste of beef, instead they complimented each other

Fresh Japanese udon is tossed with house carbonara sauce. Result in a more softer texture carbonara. Topped with molten nuyolk ultra premium egg, bacon, shaved parmesan and seaweed. Miso taste is nonexistent to me, the classic carbonara flavours override my tastebuds. Changing bacons to tempura bits could be a better choice

Bella Pizza is just a stone throw away from Bella Pasta. Their pizza are large, great for sharing. I love the white base Pizza Mascarpone. It comes with mozzarella, mascarpone, mushrooms and black truffle oil. I like the mild truffles taste. End the meal with classic dessert, Tiramisu ($12)

ION is a food paradise but finding a restaurant during lunch time without long waiting time is hard, moreover offering set lunch option. I love the thick cut chicken, which is flavourful. Tempura eggplant luckily wasn’t oily. Ratio’s lunch deal allows you to add a drink for $2. I picked shaken ice lemon tea, which is refreshing

Lovely pasta that’s flavourful, and with a hint of spicy. The taste of white wine is prominent in the dish, and I really enjoyed.
The squid was fresh and cooked to the right tenderness. Plus points for dining in at the restaurant filled with flowers

Bostock's Organic Chicken Breast - $26

First thing I dived into the chicken breast, and it didn’t disappoint me. Flavourful and tender, it won my heart already. Beneath it is pearl barker risotto, which is a healthier base than typical white rice. There are pieces of root veggies and feta, and kale sparingly by the side. Love the combination, love the flavours, not so much about the price

Chunky Lobsters is known for its lobster rolls, but don’t worry if you don’t like lobster, restaurant offers alternative such as the Seafood Rose Carbonara. This kimchi fusion seafood pasta comes with fresh seafood, kimchi and tobiko, tossed in creamy sauce. That’s some flavourful pasta! I also like the appetiser Chilli Con Carne ($10), which comes with ground beef mixed in tomato base dip, onsen egg, parmesan and served with tortilla chips. Great for sharing

Martell Bullet Pepper Wagyu Burger - $26

Time limited creation. Cognac based bullet pepper sauce with wagyu burger. Also comes with gherkin mayo, streaky bacon, onion confit and sliced cheddar cheese. Burger is also served with spiced fries by the side. Best paired with Martell Osmanthus ($16), which is exclusively available at Harry's. Check them out before it ends on 30 May
