I adore Tripe. Must be that chewy texture regardless of the way it's cooked.
This is Dehasa's signature Deep fried Tripe with smokey Romesco Sauce (made of nuts and roasted red peppers) and crisp garlic chips. Desirably crunchy with every mouthful, great as finger food or start to your meal.
