Pizza
Best pizza ever had. The burrata was creamy and amazing and so fresh. not usually a fan of pizza crusts but made an exception for the soft fresh doughy crust this time.
Mozzarella cheese, truffle spread, porcini mushrooms, smoked cheese, shaved Parmesan cheese
Wow... Just wow... Pizza will never be the same again.😭The pizzas here at Blue Label are something else, and really it’s all about the crust here! Golden brown, it was crispy in the outside but had an amazing bite to it, almost feeling a little bit prata-y. The toppings were something else too, with crunchy kale, asparagus on a béchamel base. Loved the unique addition of pistachios as well. Definitely on top of my pizza list! 🍕
Tartufata pizza with truffle cream and porcini mushrooms. Full review at gninethree.com! ☺
Absolutely delicious pizza, and it's HUGE, enough to feed 4
Featuring on the table - Spicy Drumlets (SGD 12), Fisherman Pie (SGD 14.90) and the Half & Half Pizza (SGD 23.90) which you can choose two pizza flavours that's available in the menu. We had the Bruschetta and Sambal Seafood in the Half & Half Pizza. My favorite is the Sambal Seafood that is made from scratch, topped with their homemade sambal sauce and a generous portion of ingredients. Their homemade sambal sauce is not as spicy as expected, yet bringing a hint of sweetness to it. This is something that I will come back for again and seriously who will expect sambal could go so well with the pizza?
Thank you @peppermintpark_sg for having us that night and @mjteo for the invitation.
I like their pizzas, that remind me "mochi-mochi" textured pizzas I used to have in Pizzerias in Japan.
Thin crust, authentic wood-fired Italian pizzas that were extremely good at Motorino Pizza at Clarke Quay. This is the traditional vegetarian 'Margherita' pizza on which you can customize your own toppings. The tomato sauce base was also very good. Recommended. Price: S$ 22.00
The crust was incredible! Crisp, chewy and really fragrant. This pizza was rather soupy because of all that tomato purée and fresh mozzarella, and it's such a mess to eat so it might not be for everyone. But after my first slice, I noticed that the liquid seemed to have been absorbed by that superb crust without the crust becoming soggy and gross. ($20++)
Any pizza with "power" in its name automatically commands higher expectations, and gladly, this one doesn't fall short. The chicken rendang is spicy, fragrant, and simply addictive – definitely the best one at The Pizza Collective!
Pretty generous with the smoked salmon! Quite a big portion that's good for sharing
