I tried ramen and really appreciated by their efforts in takeaway 🤌 I know that the ramen is not that easily to takeaway 🙃. I just want to try something unique but the soup base is a bit salty for me. Kumamoto Ramen ($6.80) was quite worth it if u r craving ramen but u didn't want to spend too much also. Their egg was quite overcooked tbh but their chashu was a bit bland tbh 😅. Overall its so value meal tbh but for me, I wanted to try other flavour nxt time even though no one want to order from them.
Visited AMK outlet. Saw many good reviews but was disappointed. The soup base was suppose to be tonkatsu but tasted very peppery. The menu stated 2 pc of char siew but was only served 1 cha shu. The seaweed was being soaked in the soup. The egg yolk waa abit cooked too.
Opened by the PRC folks behind the mlxg chain You Ma You La. Very good effort at less than $10. It uses real Japanese ramen and the broth was decent. The so-called chashu was a distance from restaurant ramen but close one eye lah. This kopitiam is usually quiet, support them please!
