Cabbage, napa cabbage, braised pork belly with preserved vegetable. This coffeeshop has renovated and unfortunately my favourite stalls are gone. The caifan became those run-of-the-mill type. This was terrible. The vegetables were bland and the meat machiam overnight.
A rather unique dish here. This is large. The seasoning was very peppery. It's acceptable because it's in the name lol. It also deserves praise for its ingredients lah. Lovely onsen egg and pork.
Chicken Cutlet Fried Rice - KPT 78 Tze Char
One of the most satisfying meal you can have for under $6 here. Flavourful fried rice topped with crispy chicken cutlet. What is there not to like about this dish?
You can never go wrong with anything ginger onion at a Tze Char stall. I like that the rice texture is fluffy (not lumpy) and it goes so well with the sauce.
Big cup that nobody asked for. Coffee was bland and diluted.
They use shabu shabu here! It's a likeable cut, but also sorta too light for a meal. I'm always worried about sambal flavour at zichar because they can be retarded but it's not bad here.
