Disappointing. Crab was probably stir-fried with rice and turned dry, an indictment of either the ingredient or the chef. Fried rice itself was also inferior to some zichar stalls.
It's basically normal salad topped with crabmeat. Huge pile but crab was mediocre.
Anyone who dares cook this usually cooks a mean version, so there.
It's more pumpkin than salted egg, if that's your thing. And it's not very umami, if that's your thing. And our crab came full of roe, if that's your thing.
The beef was tender and soft! Overall a decent plate of hor fun around our neighbourhood
