Textbook rendition of prawn paste chicken. Strong and thick coat locking in juicy meat. Try pairing it with the chilli too!
This outlet announced its closure recently so we dropped by. You can immediately tell why this is their signature. The full-bodied soup puts it above other fish soups. There's substance, yet without additions of cheat codes. I know thick beehoon shouldn't need to be discussed but so many places undercook or overcook it. It's worth mentioning here too. Finally, get fillets like us. The huge chunks really bring out the quality of the fish.
Another signature dish to order would be this from tofu category. It featured a super chewy tofu with seafood taste in it.
This is definitely a signature item that you must order. Featured tender and juicy fried chicken in prawn paste. They are easy to bite and wasn’t too oily.
Interesting this was my favourite dish among all, as it feature a very sweet taste for me; enjoying every bite of the vegetable.
Sadly couldn’t have the chance to visit their original restaurant at Amoy Street before they closed down early this year.
They now left with 2 outlets that carry different name but from the same family.
Popular for their sliced fish noodle soup so definitely must order when you come here.
The soup unfortunately wasn’t to my liking as I could find a much better one. I ordered the portion for 3-4 pax, which comes with many slices of fish meats.
