From the Burpple community

We visited this relatively new Korean restaurant & bar located at Clarke Quay, for dinner recently.

The one dish that really stood out for us was the Seafood Kimchi Risotto - the fresh seafood (prawn, clams, squid) combined really well with the kimchi, and it was so creamy and satisfying! The ambience here is really lively too, and would make for a nice spot for an after-work chill or makan session with friends and colleagues. Plus, they have live music here!

Situated at the heart of Clarke Quay, this newly-opened restaurant and bar concept has daily live band and a range of seafood dishes, mains and drinks 🍻

A rare find, the marinated soy flower crabs are soaked in garlic and chilli marinate 🦀 One of favourite dish of the night that is just so satisfying!

Place your reservations with Chope and quote 'ABALONE' for a free plate of 6pc grilled abalone (worth $30)! ✨

Besides abalone and salmon sashimi, we also tried the fresh swordfish sashimi. If you're looking to try all of these at once, get the sashimi platter option!

Topped with wasabi tobiko, these egg rolls 🍳 come with noticeable crabmeat chunks. Makes a good pairing with the drinks 🥂

Topped with ikura, the crabmeat pasta is tossed in gochujang and cream. An interesting fusion dish 🍝

We also had salmon sashimi 🐟, squid fritters 🐙 with kimchi mayo dip, grilled abalone cooked in garlic butter and thin-crust bulgogi pizza 🍕

Not to forget some soju! First time having the soju (9.9% alc) from Chorong Chorong 🍻 Had the green grape, lychee and grapefruit flavours. I personally prefer the grape one and excited to try the peach and green apple flavours in future!

For those dining in bigger groups, opt for the soju bucket (3 or 5 bottles) for $48 and $78 respectively.
