Came here a couple of times, the food doesn’t disappoint. Especially love their 辣子鸡, super addictive and pairs well with beer. All the other dishes were good too. Portions decent.
To take note that you will need to queue during peak dining hours, when you arrive can grab a queue number chit from the counter and they will call your number once table is available.
The fish was slightly smelly, enough said. The sauce was still good though
Stir fried sliced pork
It's way too tough and dry
Mentai fish, yes it's exactly the fish whose eggs get made into mentaiko
Red braise is like salt and pepper, everyone has a different recipe. And I have got to say this version is something I've never had before. It's a sweet and salty sauce w a peculiar yet very comforting taste. No idea what's inside but the whole family approves
Very tough and very disappointing. I doubt I could do worse if I tried
The beef tendon was decent. Lamb was slightly tough, but the pork belly was ???. It's a blast of fats, there's no meat at all and I didn't even realise it's supposed to be pork belly at first. So sinful and ridiculously good, but best to get to share
Spice rub was mild, but does the job
