The title for the best #IKEA cheesecake is getting competitive with thie serious contender (this is New York cheesecake VS. our go-to fav Blueberry cheesecake). Our verdict is that this is defo a good one though not cheesy enough at the top. Texture is right with the cacao base (we think) It reminds us that not every cheesecake need digestive biscuit!! π
Yes, we've got Satay Bee Hoon at IKEA for our lunch! π just realize how much we love IKEA local dish menu! The satay sauce is generous and full of crushed peanuts. The Bee Hoon noodle is slurpilicious served thoughtfully with fried tofu and marinated grilled chicken (3 pieces each). Woohoo, so yummy! π€€ Wouldn't love it another way. ππ―
Lovely stuff, the soy flavour is very strong and the base is the same unique base they have for the strawberry as well
The texture makes me think it's not entirely plant based but they claim it is, so that's quite surprising
Always retreat back to classic when the adventure fails you.π€ This dish is always comforting. Life is good when you can munch on the balls with ample sauce. Their usual price is $14.90 but going for $12.50 during the IKEA sales season(22 June-2 July) π€
Being a flexitarian, vegetarian menu always looks attractive to me. This menu is almost like a secret menu as it's not displayed on board but can be asked at the counter. π€
The guy said his colleague can do this dish and it will take 2 mins. When the order arrived, the patties are cold and the quinoa is clumpy partially. The salad has many veggie types but they can't fix this dish. Skip this meatless dish and go for other dishes in the plant-based menu instead.π€
Is this the cheapest bee hoon soto in SG? We think so! We went to IKEA on Monday and this dish is one of the breakfast options there. We heard that the portion is not big but we think the ingredients are more than enough. Shredded chicken, chilli, fried galic, bean sprout, bee hoon. Suggest to mix chilli with noodle early on as they are very generous with chilli. πΆπ€€
Follow the well received "Whale Bun" π³ and Nasi Kerabu, the "shark bun" has emerged PLUS Nasi Kerabu and cage-free chicken leg with spicy sauce is also now available until 30 Apr. Blue theme seems to be in for this season. What we care the most though is sambal chilli and the dark gravy generously poured on top of this dish. These are must-haves!! π€€ππ―
Head to Ikea Alexandra for Chicken horfun that won't break the bank π€ Shredded chicken, easy-to-slurp flat white noodle and decent gravy. Don't forget to ask for chilli πΆπΆπΆ horfun in the next level! βοΈ
i prefer the original one. this is nice on the first few bites but becomes very jelak and artificially-tasting later
this iz meatball potato and veggie at ikea. meatballs 10/10 they give 16 which is super generous and the lingonberry sauce is v nice. the potato is ok it just tastes like normal mash potato. d veggies were very not vibes they tasted watery and like frozen. overall 6/10 but no sparkling juice even tho i thought there was π« ππ΅βπ« - matt
I wanted to try this because Scandinavia is known for shrimps haha. Do note these are small, shelled and extremely fishy. I had to wash my hands several times to rid the smell. But they satisfied my craving and they had lots of roe.
Breakfast available at @ikeasingapore Alexandra
From 9am - 11am
Mini Croissant Breakfast Set (S$5)
Mini croissants, sausage, hash brown and baked beans
Got this as a set as an Ikea member. Meatballs were soft and flavourful as usual, with the sauce as a good pairing. The mash potato had chunks of potatoes, and was creamy and tasty. The vegetables were average. The mushroom soup was creamy, not too thick and had bits of mushrooms, and tasted like my childhood!
The katsu was really big and the cheese was really good, but the iberico part was slightly missing, and there was too much fried batter. The pork jowl was really tender and flavourful, while the aglio olio was average, but a nice complement to the meat.
Meatballs are always better in bulk. Lol. Thanks to the colleague who bought this!

π¬: Bring back the OG DAIM cake pls!!!!!! Not a fan of peanut and/or caramel so I was very on the fence about this, but I mean almond cake - can't complain much
