A comforting clean-tasting and tasty soup perfect for a rainy day. Filled with salmon head, tofu and assorted vegetables, the miso-based broth was flavourful with an added "fattiness" and "creaminess" from the salmon's skin and cartilage. There were decent chunks of salmon meat in the soup to meet your protein needs. Pretty much a guilty-free mini-pot packed full of vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids.

Couldn't decide between the hold or cold soba so we got both in the end! The cold soba was really chewy and light whereas the warm soba was cooked together with a variety of mushrooms that was slightly more favorful 🍜

This was a cooling dish on a humid day. The noodles had an al dente bite to them. The green tea taste was slight, not too intense.

Lacked mouthfeel; sashimi could be thicker since the seafood surfaces were shriveled up from the torching action. Average.

Presentation wise merely passable and looked different from the menu. Pork slices were miserably thin and dry. Onsen egg looked messy and were given two pathetic slices of capsicum.
