I finally tried their noodle but its not bad tbh even I didn't opt out for another noodle variation ($13) tbh. Char Siew is tender enough with "fat" whereas lor bah skin really crispy and crunchy enough but the meats really tough to chew through. I really grateful that they don't have gst or service charge to cover up.
Qiu Qiu noodle served with the truffle oil in the spoon, mushroom and egg.
💰$11.5 for noodle n additional $3 for minced pork.

Earthy and flavourful, perfecr with soft boiled egg. When it was served, the truffle aroma lingers in your nose. However after a few mouthful the truffle seem to dissipates. Egg noodles which was made from scratch was chewy, and had a nice al dente texture which I like. Wish there was some minced meat which could go along. Would come back for the noodle.
Had tasty truffle oil noodles from @iwantmynoodle. It’s tucked in a corner of Shaw so it’s quite a nice place to settle down for lunch away from the busier parts of town. Prices are affordable as well!
I ordered my noodle with double roast.
The noodle is very similar with Indonesia noodle ( mie Keriting - means curly noodle).
Noodle texture is springy, thicker and firmer compare to normal Mee Kia,toast in savoury sauce , served with char siew and sio bak.
The char siew was tender, balance between fat and Meat , meanwhile sio bak is crisp crunchy skin and quite tender meat.
💰$12.5

This isn't my first time but I took so long to return! Fyi the roast meat and ajitama are add-ons. Although they clearly serve you the truffle oil separately, after adding in the flavour still wasn't distinct, so a bit disappointed. The noodles are similar to kolo and Maggi but were a little hard. The onsen egg was enough, because the ajitama had a fully cooked yolk, so it sucked. I like that the pork came thick but tender, and had crackling skin. The cheap soup was actually not bad.
