For a quick lunch - this met all my requirements .

Appetising ✅
Good variety ✅
Fast ✅
Reasonably priced ✅

The subtle flavour of scallops in the porridge was alluring - pretty unbelievable- I don’t see any trace of scallops though 😆

Perfect meal that won’t break the bank for a rainy weather like this .

The braised condiments were done well and the Tau kwa has an interesting texture with many porous holes within - like the Tau kwa done in the good old days .

Add on a crispy you Tiao for a fuller meal 😊 if need be.

But you Tiao so so.
3.90 for this set. No complains :)

Saw this and just couldn't resist having this for the fun of it. Ice cream and you tiao? Why the hell not?

Now, don't expect anything glamorous for the price you're paying – ice cream comes out those supermarket tubs but they're pretty generous with it! Three scoops!

The you tiao itself was quite crisp, warm and not bad! Get a good dollop of creamy goodness and fried sin and you'll understand what they were trying to achieve with this. A slight shame it's held back by the not-so-stellar ingredients, but if someone were to make a gourmet you tiao/ice cream pairing, I'm there! 😂
