HotPot By Seoul Garden Group (Clementi Mall)

Seoul Garden has opened a new outlet in Clementi Mall where you can enjoy halal hotpot and barbecue at $22.90++ to $46.90++ per person.

The rich miso broth was savoury and made the meal really hearty. Salmon chunks were lightly breaded and fried hence it retained its shaped. There were mushrooms, glass noodle, tofu, and egg. Overall, tasty and savoury.

Fresh squid stir-fried with garlic, sliced onion, brown shimeiji mushroom, sliced zucchini, cherry tomato and tteokbokki in champong-kalbi sauce.

Ginseng is an anti-ageing and energy boosting ingredient which helps to boost the immune system. Paired with half black chicken, ginseng, chestnut and glutinous rice which has been double boiled up to 5 hours till perfection.

Was intrigued when I first heard about this item. This is double boiled for hours to give a golden blend of creamy cheese and all-time immunity booster champion.
