Guo Qin Noodle (One Punggol Hawker Centre)

Plump pork ribs with a nice herbal soy braise that is super tender and fall-off-the-bone. The al-dente noodles have that perfect bounce, well-tossed in a flavourful and slightly spicy sauce without the signature alkaline taste that sometimes overshadows the dish.

The dumplings are plump and generously stuffed with juicy, savoury filling. Meanwhile, the fried wontons are pretty normal and nothing to rave about.

Queue can get a little long during peak hours.

Those who stay in Hougang should probably know of this noodle stall, which have been selling for many years.

They recently opened their second outlet in this new hawker centre at Punggol.

Their char siew got the firm texture. Comes with a fried wanton on the noodle and soft wanton in the soup.

Can choose if u want tomato,dark soya sauce or chilli base. Went with the chilli and it was quite good.

Char siew was slightly charred at the edges for a few pieces.

$4 is their entry level Portion.

Opens at 8.30am and closes at 4pm.

With such opening hours, only can eat on weekends for working adults. Unless u working in Punggol.
