Granny's Pancake (Hong Lim Market)

was served hot and they squeezed a GENEROUS amount of peanut butter on the pancake yUms one of the best mjk I’ve had! The balance between the crushed peanuts with sugar and salty peanut butter on the chewy pancake just hits the spot 🤩

Finally tried Granny's all famous peanut butter pancake ($1.40) at the Hong Lim Food Centre and I was so satisfied!

You will notice that the pancake given to you is really hot to the touch, as it is made fresh. They were really generous with the crushed peanuts and peanut butter, and I loved how rich and nutty each bite was. This may be one sinful pancake, but definitely worth the calories 😂

Priced at $1.20 each, the MCK comes in different flavours: red bean, peanut, coconut. We got the latter 2. Both pieces were rather small, but filled with a decent amount of peanut and coconut. We liked the soft and chewy texture of the pancake!

The thick, chewy and fluffy traditional min jiang kueh is freshly prepared in batches that come hot with a combination of creamy peanut butter and ground peanuts. The creamy texture from the peanut butter added more texture to the crunchy peanuts. Just look at how the peanut butter oozes and sinks into the pancake. I'm already craving for more while typing this review 🤤 》$1.20

Their Peanut Butter MJK is definitely worth getting! Have tried them quite a lot of times and it's still as consistent. Love how chewy the MJK is, and the coconut is also pretty fresh.
