Generous portion of fish slices which are fresh & firm; broth was quite bland & lack of the sour taste from the pickled veggies; pickled mustard is crunchy & sour; came with beansprouts & chewy sweet potato noodles..

Noodles are cooked till al-dente; broth is creamy & rich with hint of peanut; not spicy but tad salty; topped with minced pork; best for sharing as it gets surfeiting..
