The pesto sauce was not bad, but for the price point I wouldn't order this again cause it had no ingredients & dish was quite dry. Their pumpkin soup is nice tho! Not too sweet and made the pasta more palatable. I prefer their paninis.
The best thing about this place is the location: you can sit either in the airconned lobby with the pleasing vertical garden, or outside with river view. The food is really meh, and of course pricey for the quality. Seating is a bit cramped, but the noise level is not too bad thanks to the high ceiling. Better for coffee than a meal - where you can do much better somewhere else.
Tomato based pasta is as simple as it is, cannot go wrong. Certainly this one did not as well. The portion is just enough for one with a medium appetite.
Portion is just nice for a small eater or a light dinner. The cheese is good, not too strong. This was priced at 7.90 i think. One of the better thin crust pizzas around. This place is quite comfortable, though not private nor quiet as it can be quite noisy with people walking arnd the mall. Good for people watching if alone.
Not tart enough (ie, a bit too sweet) Meringue not well torched/baked - does not add textural dimension to tart. Whole tart was soaking in some sugar syrup that wet the tart base completely, leaving it chewy more than crumbly. Spend your $8 to cure your lemon craving elsewhere. #lemon #tart
Finally tried Da Paolo version of the Cronut - Chocolate Crodo! It's worth the try the chocolate literally oozes out but quite pricey at $4.90 per piece!
