The Rex Chimken Grill is a decent option too! The special CCO sauce lent a sweet-savoury flavour with a hint of smokiness to the slab of juicy grilled chicken, which Bb's papa enjoyed.

The vibrantly coloured blue pea rice stood out within the plate of Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah, and it exceeded expectations with its coconutty fragrance and fluffy mouthfeel! The side dishes were equally well-executed, from the sunny side up with gooey yolk to their achar (which I surprisingly enjoyed). Despite the generous portion, I couldn't get enough of their sambal balado, which brought everything on the plate together! It's not tongue-searingly spicy, more of a gradual but addictive slow burn that elevated the flavours of the ayam geprek. Also appreciated that the ayam geprek was tender within the thin crispy batter, though the marination of spices and herbs could be more pronounced.🐔

Delicious fried chicken nestled between 2 burger buns. Fried to a crisp, with tender and succulent meat.

Got the spicy level 4 with a top up of 50 cents. Very spicy, but so shiok. The blue pea rice was fragrant with hints of coconut, and overall, I enjoyed it!

Walked past this place and decided to go in even though not very hungry as we've been wanting to try this for quite some time. So it means something to say the food is good given that we weren't super hungry.

The indomie tasted great as always (even homecooked ones are great) though portion is a bit small. The smashed chicken it's tender and juicy and comes in good portion. Good that they had the option to add some greens to the dish which helps to balance out the heaviness of the noodles and chicken.

We handled level 3 spiciness quite ok, and will go for higher level next time.

📝Can’t take spice well, this is the dish perfect for you! Coated in creamy white sauce that has a sweet mayonnaise flavour, the crispy chicken and pan-fried tofu cubes came together in a harmony of flavour and textures.

📝Decided to opt for level 2 instead since I was “destroyed” at level 3 previously. Guess what? It was still spicy I managed to finish it! Came with a generous portion of tasty smash chicken that packed a fiery punch, there was a perfect harmony of crunchy skin and succulent meat, which made every mouthful so satisfying. Special mention goes to their zhng-ed Indomie Goreng, which was tasty and homely. SHIOK!

📝Really impressed by their freshly made waffles that’s crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. It complemented their rich and creamy ice-cream well!

📝Coffee with homemade brown sugar! I like that it wasn’t too sweet with the welcoming bitter notes from the espresso.
