Springy noodles 🍜 tossed in fragrant oil & sauce, savoury wantons that are silky smooth 🥟, lean slices of charsiew, blanched chye sim 🥬, topped with their signature fiery hot chilli 🌶, this bowl ($4.50 for small) really packs WANTON of flavours! 😋
.
We also added a large plate of boiled wantons ($5.50) for sharing! 🤩 Though the skin kind of breaks too easily, the well-seasoned filling was quite a winner. 👌🏻

Over the past few months, you probably would have noticed this brand expanding into many of the shopping malls, offering pretty affordable bowls of wanton mee.

The noodles were great and had a springy QQ bite. After giving a good toss with the sauce, I felt that it was a tad too oily for my liking. For those who can handle the heat, you definitely had to add their chilli sauce but please go easy on it😂.

Looking for a quick meal and I saw Eng’s Wantan Noodles in AMK Hub Basement! No longer do I have to travel to the east to eat it!
Noodles has a nice bite, is fragrant and great with the crispy pork lard, and good without any extra sauce but if u must have something spicy, u can add on the chilli sauce. BE WARNED! It is really SPICY. I added just a bit and was on fire! Haha.. amount of char siew was a bit pathetic though

A big bowl of springy noodles. Sauce was on the bland side but my main focus was their super spicy chili. Pork lard was crispy and delicious, no soft or soggy bits.

Springy noodles mixed with their super spicy chili sauce was perfect for a quick dinner. Relatively empty on a Sunday night 6.15pm

This is one of my favourite wanton noodle restaurants, they have perfected this simple dish. Eng’s noodle is slightly thicker, softer and really falvourful. I would recommend you to top up with Fried Wanton ($3) and Ngoh Hiang ($6) too!
