- Very greasy as they’re made with duck fat, making it hard to finish between 2 of us. [4/10]
- Super flavourful and bacon was fried till perfectly crisp without any stretchy fatty parts, but a tad salty 🥓
- Chipotle ketchup gave a tangy sweetness though I’d prefer the spicier sriracha sauce to go with. [7/10]
- Scrambled eggs were the creamiest and most buttery I’ve had, pairing well with chives, soft caramelised onions, melty cheddar cheese and sriracha mayo!!
- Brioche buns were so soft, mildly sweet and milky fragrant 😋
- More filling than it looked, tasted a bit one-dimensional halfway. [8/10]
BACON, EGG & CHEESE SANDWICH ($12) reminded me of Burger King breakfast burgers...Q basic & the brioche buns were q dry :( We preferred the FAIRFAX SANDWICH ($12) as it was a little more special, w soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelised onions, cheddar & sriracha mayo.
egg was vv soft and fluffy and the mushrooms were super juicy and fragrant! the brioche bun was also rly soft. i don’t like arugula bc i think it’s bitter but that’s a me thing lol. i think this sandwich is not substantial enough for a meal so you might have to add on ingredients or get some sides to go along with it if you want to feel full
