In true Goodwood Park Hotel style, their signature durian creations are not to be missed out on, and especially the Mao Shan Wang Durian Kueh Lapis ($138, 1kg) which comes with decadent layers of durian mousse and almond sponge and framed by pillowy soft kueh lapis cake. Perfect to go alongside with a cup of coffee or tea, each bite is perfumed by the wonderful aroma and bittersweet flavour of the durian. Their Porchetta pork roast ๐ with a super crispy exterior really captured my heart โค๏ธ - easily one of the best rendition I have had!
