I can really see why people queue up for this Nasi Kandar for 30min on average. This is one of the best Nasi Kandar I have ever tried in Malaysia. The curry and the texture is too perfect.

Highlights and must gets in our opinion are the fried chicken drumstick, chicken, fried omelette (the green one with pandan was wow) & mutton. The curry was really good, packed with flavours and the right kick of spice. The fish was average & it’s accompanying curry wasn’t the best while the squid is a bit tough. But everything else was reallllly good! A must try in Penang and worth the queue for
⚠️ Arriving at 4.30pm, there was a long queue of maybe 40+ people! Thankfully the queue is in the shade and moves fast and we got our food in 30mins. And with the queue being all locals, you know it’s going to be good.

One of the best Nasi Kandar in George Town, Penang. Long queue is expected but flow was fast. Remember to try their fried chicken then ask for mixed curry.

Their fried chicken and curries are seasoned with the perfect mix of spices. The white, fluffy rice is the perfect vehicle to absorb the luscious curry. Definitely a must try when you are in Penang! Even though the queue is Long, it moves pretty fast and there’s lots of seats in the shop.

Anyway here's a sloppy plate from what is surely the best nasi kandar joint on the island. The kuah campur (an omakase mix of various curries) tastes different on both visits but is stellar both times. Fantastically balanced despites the bold, punchy flavours. Plus that chicken 75 is juicy, crisp, and marinated brilliantly. Not pictured: separate serving of some lusciously soft squid eggs. God damn is deen maju good. .
