First impression when the dish was served: too oily. Wasn’t wrong on that lol, but it is good! So much umami from the dried shrimp, getting crunch from the shredded cabbages, and hint of wok hei and spice from the dish 👌🏻

Reminds me so much of Filipino pancit bihon, just with less meat

Each shredded duck portion is flavourful and crispy yet not tough, fried but not oily. Served with steamed pancake to wrap the duck along with julienned scallion, crunchy cucumber, and homemade sauce, creating a good texture profile from each bite

One point of improvement would be on their crepes (a bit over-steamed). But overall enjoyed this deep fried twist to the classic Peking duck dish

Such an aesthetic pleasing dish 🤩 a very light flavored dish, yet able to taste the sweetness of the fish. Love the texture too.

My initial view before dining: not too keen due to the mixed reviews. Buuuut

The xlb was served hot (this was the usual complaint I read which could really impact the whole dish). Skin is thin and delicate, holding the slightly fatty but very flavourful generous soup inside. Filling is good but nothing notable

Exceeded my expectations and would come back :) (with the hope that this is not a one-off thing)

taste like those steamed fish soy sauce HAHA but i really really enjoyed this dish! the egg white was smooth & fluffy too

wished the lamian had more bite to it. but the hot & sour soup was so good. it had a good balance of sour & spicy!
