Each shredded duck portion is flavourful and crispy yet not tough, fried but not oily. Served with steamed pancake to wrap the duck along with julienned scallion, crunchy cucumber, and homemade sauce, creating a good texture profile from each bite
One point of improvement would be on their crepes (a bit over-steamed). But overall enjoyed this deep fried twist to the classic Peking duck dish
