Bi Feng Tang (BFT) crumble aka typhoon shelter is a method of cooking where the crispy main ingredient buried under the deep-fried aromatic garlic, bread crumb, chillies and black beans to produce a unique satisfying taste. Served with grilled corn, shoestring fries, house salad and homemade tartar sauce.

Good portion given. Aglio olio was al-dente and seasoned nicely. Pork chop was normal. Sausage was nice. The salad was refreshingly good.

A feel for Western food today. We saw the promotions and went in straightaway.😂

This was definitely too much for 3 of us but enjoyed ALL the dishes except for ravioli which was a little gelat
