And new opening

This was a surprisingly good dessert. The pear and not so sweet month blanc mousse complemented each other perfectly! Adding the bite with the refreshing pear sorbet was just a perfect bite of heaven in my mouth. Highly recommended if you want to try something out of the ordinary than the typical French soufflé. It’s a light dish too if you are already feeling quite full.

Hehe iberico pork has a good mix of fatty and lean parts- it was amazing by itself BUT with the sour cabbage and mustard sauce, it was sublime! You can however give the only vege main a missed, the clunky turnips, carrot and leeks was not a refined dish and would taste quite boring and one dimensional after more than 3 bites…

This tuna collar infused with capers n some kind of citrus was the star item of the entire night .

For starter, I had the omelette soufflée that was served in a small skillet. It was light and airy with a subtle egg flavour and contained mushroom and beaufort cheese. As for my main, I had the rump steak grillé (+$10) which was served with olives, artichokes and basil condiment. I had it done medium-rare, where the beef slices were fairly succulent and flavourful. And to end the course with a sweet finish, I had the chocolate mousse that was served with a side of biscotti. The mousse was bittersweet as it was made with Guanaja dark chocolate. Overall a pleasant experience of causal French fare without breaking the bank.

Dumplings were made well, unique flavour to the dish. There is a bit of Asian flavour to it as well.
