Google is not updated, this is open in Changi village

Generally they were cooked well, interestingly there's no mutton (as in the muscle) in the soup. The tripe and smoother stomach were both decent in texture, penis was very soft and quite pleasant, ribs were fine, and lamb meatballs not very memorable. The testes however had a very strong stench and wasn't good

Their soup is a very unique thick herbal kind, with this depth that's not from mutton. I didn't like it at all, I prefer clear broths or if it has to be thick, it should be from mutton umami

Overall it's okay, if you stay in the area it might be worth a try, but otherwise very overpriced and not particularly good

Chanced upon this stall located at the quieter side of Changi Village Hawker Centre is this stall selling chicken dishes like Ayam Penyet and Indonesian Grilled Chicken. #01-84
Rice is fragrant, not the plain type.
Grilled chicken is juicy and tender.
The Ayam Penyet is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Crispiness does not fade with time also as my dish had cooled down while I went to fetch dessert.
The achar is freshing, slighly spicy only, mildly sweet and sour and not overly strong in flavour.
Dishes are priced reasonably so do go and give them a try!
Not sure about the sambal sauce, but Boss said the chicken dishes are seafood free so for someone with seafood allergy like me, its one good place to eat.

$2 a bowl of not-so-sweet shaved ice dessert, with canned longan and signature red tea jelly cubes.
Quite addictive actually.

The hottest topic at this moment, chicken meat has been everyone’s discussion over these few days.

So here I am getting myself a plate of Hainanese Chicken Rice from Thiam Kee. Great texture of chicken meat and you wouldn’t complain much about it.

Another stall at Changi Villlage Hawker Centre that open early in the morning, selling fishball noodle and minced pork noodle.

Situated at the back row, you can find Lai Heng Fishball Minced Meat Noodle stall here.

Pretty much an ordinary and comfort bak chor mee for the morning.

Is been awhile I traveled far to another side of Singapore, came here early in the morning to look for breakfast.

Ganbang Lor Mee is relatively a new stall here, selling a few options of lor mee with different main ingredients.

I wasn’t looking for something heavy for the morning, so I got the fried yam option.

The lor mee was delicious, came with many pieces of fried yam and half braised egg. Do add chili, vinegar and garlic to maximise the taste.
