Self-service buffets are finally back in business and so what better way to celebrate than stuffing yourself with Café Mosaic’s brand new Seafood lineup - “Truly Singapore Flavours”. Available for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, and lunch on Sundays; their seafood buffet is priced at $118++ per adult and $38++ per child (6 to 12 y.o.).
Think freshly-shucked oysters, king crab legs, black mussels, poached prawns, and thick salmon sashimi. To warm your belly, there are fried fish with mala sauce, tender teriyaki pork belly, and salted egg crayfish, just to name a few. And for the local delights, help yourself to the rojak station or order a piping hot bowl of Laksa that is prepared a la minute.
