While the truffle scent is captured, the taste itself wasn't too strong. The Truffle Angus Beef thus felt like a slightly upgraded version of the Mushroom Swiss. Nevertheless a good perk me up in the morning. ($24 for this set as we also switched up the drinks)

Ps. Love BK's nuggets and bbq sauce. Will be back to try their mentaiko salmon burgers!

Apology that we already fast forward to Friday vibe...😆 just visited Burger King this lunch to try off the menu item “BK veggie Burger” it was launched in March this year for a limited time and back again this month. We decided to try using the coupon to buy a whopper.

So here they are (side by side). The BK veggie burger ala carte can’t make one of us full. With a tiny finger food size, the patty is made with potato, corn, sweet edamame and carrot, coupled with tomato, crispy lettuce and mayo served with a sesame bun. It is quite dry and you also need condiment to amp the flavour! Whereas whopper is just good on its own. 🍔 We will wait for their new non-meat burger menu.😼

NEW and only available for a limited time, this Teh Tarik pie is launched in conjunction with the upcoming National Day! 🇸🇬 With the descendant of Macdonald’s Chocolate Pie that disappeared without warning, be sure to check out this rendition at @burgerkingsg before it disappears off the shores again! 😅 Within the crisp and flaky pie crust, the Teh Tarik- infused custard filling is smooth, creamy and luscious, with a pleasant, lingering fragrance. Was also glad this was not saccharine unlike what I was expecting (and afraid of). With a higher milk: tea ratio, I would personally prefer for the reverse, with a more distinct tea flavour instead .
[PS: Do consume while it’s hot for optimum enjoyment but be careful not to burn your tongues! 👅] .

The Rendang Beef Burger with double flame-grilled beef patties, soaked in generous Signature rendang sauce and flavours from the onions. It is intensely flavoured, not spicy but lack of the sweetness of coconut milk of what a rendang is supposed to taste like.
