Didn't like this Bingsu at all! Way too overwhelming with just spam of Nutella and whipped cream. You'd be better off sticking to the normal Flavours than to try this. Having packaged box cookies helped to make matters worse.
They used the a lot more generous with their rice cakes and almonds and shaved iced when they first opened! Nevertheless, I feel like Bing Go Jung gives way more toppings than other Bingsu places even if the ice isn't as smooth. And yes INJEOLMI IS MY FAV FLAVOUR ✌🏻️
But we are done with Tuesday soon, so hang on!
This was dessert we had on Sunday after our curry fish head dinner.
Injeolmi Bingsu (S$12), filled with chunks of rice cake and drenched in soy powder. The ice shavings' really rough, we would have preferred a finer texture. But generous portion though!
We actually added rice cake @ S$1, but realized it wasn't quite needed as the original came with pretty much pieces. But a pity their rice cake is not consistent. As much as our extras were warmed up and served to us with plenty of soy powder, some pieces came in a lump which is hard and non-chewy.
Myself and hubby gave 3/5 stars for this one. The ice didn't taste or melt as smoothly as we thought. But overall it was very nice.
This bingsu is really really chocolatey! With bananas, brownie, chocolate ice cream and coco crunch as toppings, you can have this as a meal on its own :)
P.s. 2 bingsu for 3 people is way too much 😂
Finally settled one of those random cravings in manchester! :))) And I apologise in advance to all of you still stuck in Europe about my increasing photos of asian food 😛
But viewers beware! 1 bingsu can be shared by 3 people, so don't make the same mistake as us to have 2 bingsu for 3. You will be stuffed to death 😂
