A friend recommended this and they were great. Large and full of ingredients.
Price is well justified for the huge portion
The baguette is correct. I think that's enough said honestly, that alone makes this worth a visit despite the terrible location(amk buses suck, it was a huge headache getting here)
BBQ pork was ok, not particularly good. Pate was pretty good, it's got earthiness probably from liver. Unfortunately the veggies here can't compare to the fresh ones in Saigon
But given the baguette and how it's properly hollowed, that's enough for a visit. There's no other baguette in SG that's as legit (as far as i know)
Looks weird here but it's Betel leaf with beef, the whole thing has quite some bite, but it's pleasant
I would rec this more than the BBQ pork actl as a banh mi filling due to the rarity in Singapore
Pretty good. Not too intense for Viet standards, and the price is well justified for the portion
I j enjoy how fresh the ingredients in the spring rolls are. The lettuce is super crunchy, the prawns are fresh and sweet and the vermicelli and rice paper wraps at that chewy bite. The sauce is also super appetizing, probably a combination of fish sauce and chili, we couldn’t get enough of it
Roasted pork banh mi is so so so good! They are super generous with the roasted pork, the shredded veggies and sauces. I especially love the pate they spread on the baguette, it’s really delicious. Their baguette is also so crunchy and buttery without being hard
