Amazing. Buttery, crumbly, not too sweet. It seems impossible they can manage all that for $1.8. Just sooooo good!
Amazing value! Bought because I was curious if it would be the crisp kind or the moist kind. It turned out soft & moist like cake. They mustâve been generous with the seasalt. Cos I could totally taste the grain. Not too sweet đ

Located at level 2 Amoy Food Center, this stall was introduced by my ex-colleague. The tiramisu muffin has a cheese surprise inside and itâs my favourite choice. Nice to end your meal with a sweet note.
Was pretty impressed by these muffins! They were fluffy, moist, and spongy. Banana one was naturally sweet - you can see the brown streaks, indicating that they didnât use artificial banana flavouring. Blueberry sauce was alright, I like that they didnât give too much of it or it may run the risk of being too sweet. The texture of the muffins are great, and I would definitely come back to try their other flavours!
Rise and shineâď¸! Itâs been a while since I visited my favourite muffin shop at Amoy Street Food Centre, Bake_Of. I got myself a Salted Caramel muffin ($1.40) and the first thing that struck me was a whiff of caramel fragrance. The salt balanced out the sweetness of the caramel and the whole muffin was so soft, moist and delightfulâşď¸ Such a steal at $1.40 for a muffin this good. On a quest to try all their flavours someday!
