LIANG Sandwich Bar (KSL City)

The pancake is decent, but as the most expensive item on the menu, the meat filling isn't even nice.

This tastes very similar to any other 葱油饼 that I can get in Taiwan just that it has added ingredients such as chicken patty or chicken bolognese. I will gladly take our roti prata any day over this.

Recommendation by @qingxiangsqx; the scallion pancake is really good! Fluffy, light but with the right amount of crisp, it was really flavourful too ◡̈ the diced chicken came with the signature Liang sauce, which was savoury and complemented the pancake well.

Taiwanese scallion pancakes that's endorsed by Jay Chou! It's really yummy, do try it when you visit KSL! I hope it comes to Singapore soon.
