Come for the Wagyu buffet ($70++ per pax) and overdose on marinated meat. This place feels like a cross between a Japanese yakiniku and Korean bbq. Service was a little slow on the Friday night we went to.
Part of the $48++ set lunch. The cheese is nicely torched- hence it tastes of aburi which I liked- instead of classically grilled under a broiler. The soup was tasty, but not exactly something I would dream about.
$48++ set lunch is a filling affair with either a French onion soup or pate with baguette, a simple salad, steak with fries and either a large slice of lemon tart or profiteroles. Worth it for classic indulgent French food.

A protein-packed celebratory meal with 3 steak cuts, chicken and sausage in Argentinian flair. This massive platter which feeds easily 3-4pax was preluded by grilled cheese (provoleta, $19), bread and a trio of empanadas. Closing the feast we had the Black Forest brulee ($19) which was a beautiful composition of maraschino cherries, alcohol soaked cake bites and mascarpone. This is a great place to check out for a fancy date night or a celebratory meal. I suggest ordering individual steaks instead of the mammoth of a platter.

Warming herbal chicken soup, $9 for large portion which can feed 3-4 pax.
Then we moved on to 3 ice-cream based dessert : vanilla and strawberry cheesecake, bacon ice cream sundae which had a post of its own and after eight mint composed of a mint ice cream with dark chocolate and coffee notes. It was a meal well curated and well-portioned that enabled our palate to go on a whirlwind trip in one meal. Eric Kim of Food52 asked to cancel brunch; clearly he has not had a brunch like this. Pricier than your usual Eggs Ben, Salted and Hung is great for special occasion.
Now imagine it is bottomless. Decadent as it sounds, it is made a reality by @chef.drew.nocente and team at Salted and Hung. Our friendly server recommended we order one of everything to try - this culminated in 10 small plates appearing on our table at a good pace, each tasty and exciting. We had sous vide eggs with toast, heirloom tomatoes with pickled sorbet, mackerel on toast, crayfish popcorn (my favourite), grilled bacon and pineapple (the marinade on the bacon was a winner) and lamb. The quality ingredients shone through each dish, the fundamental taste profile of the ingredients unadulterated. [cont in next post]
This Bacon Ice Cream Sundae needs to be sold by the pint. The smoky slightly savoury ice cream is accompanied with a berries layer and what seems to be coke pop rocks/ coke ice shavings.
